The whole hotel was overall clean. The staff were friendly professional and extraordinary service-minded, ready to any request. I liked the room with double bed, the bed was comfortable. The location was comfy, within a close distance from a modern mosque. The area was excellent short walk to eating place and BCS shopping mall which housed many retail and food outlets.

The room is good sized, brand-new comes with the bedroom and a view of Singapore, for example. It has incredible, particularly good setting, near to MANY FOOD TO EAT, Harbour Bay ferry terminal and the mall and food places. I liked the staff, they are extremely helpful.

Stayed here with my wife and everything was good. A private safe, flat-screen TV, and a fridge were available in my superior room. A rain shower in the separate bathroom was a plus. The location was magnificent, a 10-15 minute walk from Dc Mall.

Ideal hotel with brand-new rooms, attentive staff. Nice building and rooms with a big king sized bed. Excellent location in Nagoya right by batam for shopping, the famous Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and gadget accessories, clothing stores, Matahari, bags, shoes, eateries. Well priced karaoke bar. The venue of choice in Nagoya.

Beds were not very comfortable.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Nagoya. All the staff was very friendly, fixed my issues. The superior room I got was complete with the aircon and bathtub, as example. It was in the central location near to local market n mall.

I have had a very good experience, this ideal, reasonably clean hotel deserves more than 4 stars. Truly enjoyed the superior king room with large bathroom, and excellent location right next to a good centre. I had an electric kettle and a refrigerator. Location: the property was near big eateries as well as open space food court and bcs mall. Also, the hotel was set 15 minutes by walk from Tua Pek Kong Temple. It was well priced.

Some of the staff were very rude.

I had well priced room on level 13. Location: the hotel was right by food court, mall, supermarket, always taxis in the area and shopping mall and massage centres. The pool was clean and I had complimentary drinks in the karaoke bar. The staff were friendly professional and very professional, overall;))

The service was excellent, even so some people working there were kind of rude.

Attentive housekeeping and good breakfast spread. The housekeepers did a great job tidying up our room and providing fresh amenities. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious options. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Well priced and tidy hotel, well-maintained and new-fashioned rooms. Incredible location within easy walking distance of Tua Pek Kong Temple. Walking distance to a large shopping mall and a local market across the street.

This place is conveniently located just 1 km away from Nagoya City Walk, and the availability of toiletries and towels was a nice bonus.

We had a great time staying at this venue and all our requests were met, we absolutely loved it here, and it's only a short distance away from Masjid Jabal Arafah.

Location right by Batam, Grand Batam-shopping mall and food places. For tea or coffee visit Teras Cafe nearby.

The breakfast was complimentary, there was a great selection of food to chose from. I appreciated a nice size and brand-new room with city views. The location was comfy and the best, just off the taxi stand as well as two major shopping mall and abundance.
